Junior Team Manager
As a Junior Team Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Selecting and managing a junior team
- Overseeing the team on match days
- Organising logistics to ensure match days run smoothly
- Coordinating with coaches during training sessions
- Acting as a role model, instilling sporting values in young cricketers
- Meeting all ECB Safeguarding and Protecting Children requirements
Lead Coach
Lead Coaches play a crucial role in player development, responsible for:
- Planning both short-term and long-term training sessions
- Collaborating with the Head Coach and Team Manager for structured sessions
- Leading assistant coaches to provide specialised skill development
- Bringing passion and enthusiasm to every session
Junior Helpers & Assistant Coaches
Junior Helpers and Assistant Coaches assist in coaching and player development by:
- Supporting the Lead Coach in training sessions
- Work with small groups or individuals to refine techniques and enhance skills
- Setting up warm-ups and drills
- Providing general support during sessions
- Gaining experience to progress toward a Lead Coach role
