Tim Hollingsworth will leave the organisation at the end of July 2025
After more than six years in the role, Tim Hollingsworth has decided to conclude his time as chief executive of Sport England and will step down in July.
Between now and then, he’ll work to finalise our key strategic priorities, including negotiations with the Government as part of the Comprehensive Spending Review process and continued delivery of Uniting the Movement.
The search for Tim's successor has already begun and is being led by Helen Soulsby and David James at Elevate Talent – you can find out more and express your interest.
